I have been married to Judy for 38 years. Three grown children, Dawn (Bill) Ebert, Scott Simon and Curt (Jenny) Simon; two grand children, Connor (5) and Caitlin (2).

My brother Bill and I owned Simple Simon Bakery for 35 years. Dawn and Scott are now running the bakery so I can serve as a full-time Deacon at St. Pius X.

I was ordained as a permanent Deacon in May, 2005. My interests are golf (or any kind of sporting event), playing bridge and playing with the grandchildren.

My ministries include: Baptismal preparation, training servers, hospital and homebound visitation, and to coordinate the RCIA program.

As a deacon I can perform the sacraments of Baptism and Marriage and serve at funeral services.

I love my second career, as a Deacon, and will do anything I can to help serve our families at St. Pius X to grow closer to the Lord.
