It is important that you follow the schedule. If you are unable to make your appointed time, please find a substitute. A list of the people you can call to exchange a time with is enclosed in the schedule packet that was mailed to you. If you are unable to find a substitute, please call Sister Shawn at 739-0575.
You will receive a call on Wednesday or Thursday before your scheduled weekend. Please do not inform the caller that you don’t want to be on the schedule. We are planning on you and you need to let Sister Shawn know that you no longer wish to be a minister before the schedule is made out. Dropping out after the schedule is made, causes many scheduling problems.
