THEOLOGY OF THE BODY - STUDY GROUP
Theology of the Body Basics-Want to improve your marriage or find out what to look for in a spouse? Want to learn how to teach your children about human sexuality? Attend “Theology of the Body Basics” co-sponsored by our parish and the Green Bay Diocese Sundays January 13-March 9, 5:00-6:30pm at Elizabeth Ministry in Kaukauna. We’ll explore some of those “hot button” teachings of the Catholic Church such as artificial birth control, in-vitro fertilization and the celibate priesthood. For registration information call 766-9830 or visit foxvalleycatholic.com.
Q: What is Theology of the Body?
A: The 'Theology of the Body' is Pope John Paul II's integrated vision of the human person - body, soul, and spirit. In a series of Wednesday audiences, the late pope discusses who man was before the fall, who he is now, and who he will be, and applies this to the vocations of marriage and celibacy. For more information, see www.theologyofthebody.net and www.christopherwest.com.
